Tata Garden

Marine Drive
One of the most beautiful sites in Mumbai, is Marine Drive which is a 3 kilometer wide artery which stretches all the way from Nariman Point to Malabar Hills. This drive, takes the shape of an inverted ‘C’ and runs along the Arabian sea coast. This area is noted as one the plush parts of Mumbai. The Chowpatty Beach lies towards the South of Marine Drive. At night, when the street lights are on, the entire road appears like a sparkling diamond necklace, hence its also referred as ‘Queen’s Necklace’.
Sidhivinayak Temple
This divine temple is devoted to one of the forms of the Hindu God, Lord Ganesha. Visited by most of the celebrities, this temple is situated in Prabhadevi. It is believed that Ramakrishna Jambhekar Maharaj, a disciple of Hindu Saint Akkalkot Swami Samarth, buried two idols of divine importance in front of Lord Siddhivinayak’s idol in the temple. Swami Samarth predicted that after 21 years of the burial, a Mandar Tree with swayambhu (self-manifested) Ganesha will grow at that spot. The prominence of the temple rose when the prophecy came true.
Bandra Worli Sea Link
Also known as Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link, Bandra Worli Sea Link is an eight-lane cable-stayed bridge that connects the regions of Bandra and Worli. It has pre-stressed concrete-steel viaducts on either side, which provide strength to it. The bridge is proposed to link the western suburbs of Mumbai with Nariman Point, the main business centre. This wonderful bridge was built by. Hindustan Construction Company on the orders of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC).
Chowpatty Beach
Chowpatty Beach is the star attraction of Mumbai. Flocked by umpteennumber of tourists all through the year, thisbeach is filled with several adventurous activities and more. Lapped by the waters of the Arabian Sea, this beach provides a serene atmosphere to spend quality fun time with friends and family. Chowpatty Beach has been an important centre for many celebrations over the years, including Ganesh Chaturthi. During this festival, thousands of devotees gather at the beach to participate in the immersions of the Lord Ganapati idols in the Arabian Sea.
Gateway Of India
A symbolic landmark, Gateway of India, proves as an emblem not only to India but also the world. Overlooking the magnificent Arabian sea, this monument was constructed as a beacon when King George V and Queen Mary paid a visit to India. It took over 13 years to finish constructing this gateway. Flaunting flawless Indo-Saracenic architecture, this structure has been built in yellow basalt stone. Its archway is 26 metres high, which is joined with four turrets. Gateway of India is the perfect place to get acquainted with the spirited life of Mumbai.
Hanging Gardens
Hanging Gardens, also referred as Pherozeshah Mehta Gardens, are beautiful terraced gardens that are set atop the western side of Malabar Hill. Established in the 1880s, this garden was designed by Ulhas Ghapokar to protect a nearby water reservoir from getting polluted. This painstakingly manicured garden is spread in a vast area that has well-laid pathways. The colourful flower clock at the centre and numerous animal-shaped hedges are the unique features of this park. You can also enjoy spectacular views of the Arabian Sea from the Hanging Gardens.
Mahalaxhmi Temple
Mahalaxmi Temple is one of the most famous temples of Mumbai situated on Bhulabhai Desai Road in Mahalaxmi area. It is dedicated to Mahalakshmi the central deity of Devi Mahatmyam.
Haji Ali Dargha
The Haji Ali Dargah is a mosque and dargah located on an islet off the coast of Worli in the southern part of Mumbai. Near the heart of the city proper, the dargah is one of the most recognisable landmarks of Mumbai.
